My background is in hospitality, and I think that shapes everything about how I approach this work. Hospitality isn’t just about logistics. It’s about making people feel like they belong. When I joined Capital Planning, I realized that’s exactly what we’re trying to do for our clients and for each other. My role sits at the intersection of team culture and client experience, which means I get to focus on both how we care for our team and how that care carries through to the people we serve.

In practice, that means wearing a lot of hats. I guide prospective clients through our planning process, handling those first conversations, coordinating meetings, and helping everything feel smooth and unhurried from the very beginning. I also plan client events, which is one of my favorite parts of the job. Whether it’s a market update seminar, a baseball game, or a holiday brunch, I want people to walk away feeling more connected to our team, to their financial journey, and to one another.

Outside of work, the things that restore me are pretty simple: spending time with family and friends, sharing good food and lots of laughter, and taking my morning walks with worship music. Rain or shine, those daily steps are non negotiable. I believe in showing up consistently, both for the people I love and for the work I care deeply about.
