Dylan Fletcher

My role at Capital Planning:

As a part of the operations team, my role is to ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so that our advisors can focus on what matters most, serving clients. Whether this involves opening new accounts, ensuring transfers have been fully processed, or entering trades, my aim is to make these as seamless and error-free as possible.

My professional background:
I graduated from Lafayette College with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2024, despite my original aspirations of becoming a Computer and Electrical Engineer. In my second year, I found myself enjoying the finance electives I had chosen far too much and ultimately decided to make the transition to the Economics/Finance world. After graduating, I began my career in financial services as junior advisor, where I gained firsthand experience working with individuals and families, each with their own goals and definition of success. I recently joined the team here at Capital Planning in July of 2025 and I’m excited to see what the future holds. I currently hold my PA Life, Accident and Health license and pursuing my SIE and series exams that follow.

Getting to know me:

Outside of work, I enjoy anything that takes me outdoors. You’ll often find me hunting, golfing, hiking or attempting to camp at spots some would question. Cooking is another hobby of mine that stems from a childhood of eating the best food from the best cook, my mom. I enjoy experimenting with ingredients and trying new recipes almost as much as I enjoy sharing a meal with the ones I love most.
