Dylan Fletcher

I graduated from Lafayette College with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2024, after originally planning to pursue computer and electrical engineering. Along the way, I discovered a strong interest in finance through my electives, which ultimately led me to make the switch to economics and finance. After graduation, I began my career in financial services as a junior advisor, where I gained firsthand experience working with individuals and families, each with their own goals and definition of success. I joined Capital Planning in July 2025 and am excited to continue growing in the industry.

As part of the operations team, my role is to make sure the details behind the scenes are handled smoothly and accurately so our advisors can focus on serving clients. Whether I am opening new accounts, processing transfers, or entering trades, my goal is to make the process as seamless and dependable as possible. I currently hold my Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license and am pursuing my SIE and subsequent securities exams.

Outside of work, I enjoy just about anything that gets me outdoors. You’ll often find me hunting, golfing, hiking, or attempting to camp in spots that might make others question my judgment. I also enjoy cooking, a hobby that started with growing up eating some of the best food from the best cook I know, my mom. I love experimenting with new ingredients and recipes almost as much as I enjoy sharing a meal with the people I love.
