Forty-three years in this business have a way of clarifying what actually matters. For me, it's always come back to the same thing: people, and what it means to genuinely take care of them.
Growing up in Whitehall, I learned early that good things come from working for them. My parents built a strong work ethic into all of us, and I took that seriously. By the time I turned 21, I'd already held 21 jobs. That drive to contribute, to build something, eventually led me to Lehigh University and into a career I've never wanted to leave.
What has kept me here for more than four decades is the depth of the relationships. When someone trusts you with their financial life for 10, 20, or 30 years, that's not a client relationship in the conventional sense. Those are people whose families you know, whose milestones you've shared, and whose futures you've had a hand in shaping. That kind of work doesn't feel like work.
My specialty is the Retirement Wave Process, an eight-step approach to helping people translate what they've accumulated into a retirement that actually works. It's thorough by design, because the decisions made at that stage carry real weight, and our clients deserve a process that reflects that.
Outside the office, you'll find me on a pickleball court or a golf course, spending time with my wife, Theresa, or watching our grandchildren grow up. Faith is a central part of my life, and I serve on the boards of Push the Rock and Everlasting Life Ministries. One of the great privileges of my career has been building this firm alongside my family, including my daughter and partner, Annie.
